Every bottle is prepared fresh, yet we happily arrange exchanges within seven days if the perfume arrives damaged or the seal is untouched and you prefer a replacement.
Message our WhatsApp concierge or email concierge@oudenaveed.com with your order number and an image of the item so we can organise the pickup.
Once the return is approved, we dispatch your exchange or process a store-credit refund within 48 hours of receiving the bottle back at our Karachi studio.
Opened fragrances are not restocked for hygiene reasons, but we will always review any quality concerns and send a new bottle if there is a verified production fault.
Gift purchases follow the same promise—just ask the recipient to contact us using the original order name and number.
